I’m almost sure you’ve heard the phrase ‘Fashion Never Sleeps’. If you haven’t, the idea behind it is we should always look fashionable but when is it too far? Victoria Beckham and Rachel Zoe were photographed earlier this week looking indeed fashionable but some have questioned their look because of their pregnancy.
Congratulations to both Ladies! Rachel Zoe was recently named the most powerful stylist in Hollywood by the Hollywood Reporter while Victoria Beckham announced she’s expecting a baby girl after having three boys in the past. Rachel was snapped wearing leopard ankle boots by Brian Atwood to which she proudly tweeted “who said one can’t rock 6 inch high leopard booties by Brian Atwood at 38 weeks pregnant”
Also, Victoria Beckham who is five months pregnant was in a similar position as she accessorised her outfit with Christian Louboutin’s highest heel ever made – the Daffodil platforms. Some say that at this time, both of them should take a breather from their fashion rituals and play it safe with for instance ballet pumps. It depends on the person and how comfortable they are in heels. Both women are usually in heels so is there really a need to change their ways? What do you Fashion Angels think? Should there be a time when Fashion sleeps?

I think it depends on the person and how comfortable they are with heels. I mean honestly, it’s not like both women are huge so I doubt they would feel uncomfortable unlike some other women who pack on the pounds, get swollen feet and generally feel too bloated to wear heels…

LOL!! Couldn’t agree more. I just hope we wouldn’t be seeing them in heels on a daily basis especially Victoria. Rachel is obviously a pro at this. She’s probably worn heels throughout the nine months! Gotta love her.. xxox GRL
